Starting this month, Vermont Independent publisher Rob Williams is joining forces with Heady Vermont to explore the relationship between an independent 2nd Vermont Republic and the creation of a taxed, legalized, regulated cannabis and hemp economy here in the Green Mountains.

 

 

As Heady Vermont editor, Williams will help oversee weekly HV content – podcasting, live-streaming, essay, OP/ED and beyond – as well as connecting the dots for the “CannaCurious” and Vermonters interested in the many connex between an agri’preneurial cannabis+hemp economy and greater Vermont resilience and independence. Let’s Elevate the State – and grow a 2nd Vermont Republic!
