INTRODUCTION: MEET THE TTIC

On January 17, 1961, outgoing Republican president Dwight David Eisenhower gave perhaps the single most important public address by a modern US president. Speaking directly to the American citizenry, Ike’s “Military Industrial Complex” speech, reportedly two years in the drafting, warned the United States to be on guard against the corrupting influence of what Eisenhower famously described as the “military-industrial complex.”

Sixty years later, here in COVID EMPIRE, Eisenhower’s prophetic words are more important today than ever, as the Digital Age has ushered in what we at VI call the “Transhumanist Technocratic Industrial Complex” (TTIC), a transmogrified viral version of Ike’s feared “military industrial complex” comprised of US military and “deep state” actors, US-based digital transnational corporations, and influential global individuals and organizations – transhumanist technocrats – disguised as well-meaning “public health” and “philanthropic” institutions.

What is this emerging “Transhumanist Technocratic Industrial Complex” (TTIC)? The TTIC consists of a variety of players with overlapping projects and goals. Here is a brief sketch. The TTIC’s “industrial” center is Silicon Valley, where the “Lords of the Cloud” at Google/YouTube, Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp, Amazon, and Microsoft/LinkedIn etc. work their algorithmic will over our digital Selves, ushering in a new era Harvard University professor of business Shoshana Zuboff refers to as our Age of Surveillance Capitalism. Wall Street still serves as the TTIC’s financial center, while the TTIC’s geopolitical HQ is the greater DC area, where various “Deep State” actors such as the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency work hand in glove with emerging digital tech lords such as Amazon’s Jeff Bezos. This “complex” refers to the growing “quantum entanglements” (thanks, Erwin Schroedinger) among these various players in the private, public, and “philanthropic” arenas.

In an age in which Jeff Bezos owns the US imperial capital’s daily newspaper of record (Washington Post), sits on Pentagon boards, and enjoys a $600 million “cloud computing” contract with the CIA; when Alphabet/Google /YouTube’s Eric Schmidt rubs shoulders with US presidents and prime ministers, “donates” millions of dollars to Congressional campaigns, and is rewarded with giant US government “defense” projects; when “social media” corporations like Facebook, Google/YouTube, Vimeo and Twitter increasingly “police” the Internet, de-platforming channels and accounts, and censoring individuals and organizations whose news and views “violate community guidelines” or constitute “bullying and harassment,” we have a new TTIC era on our hands. The TTIC’s most famous guru is perhaps futurist Ray Kurzweil, while the TTIC’s biggest critic may be Jaron Lanier, the co-inventor of “virtual reality” and now Silicon Valley’s most thoughtful “insider gadfly.” TTIC ideology, to the extent that it can be identified, is a strange mix of futuristic techno-libertarianism (Humans + Machines = Cyborgs), and cyber-authoritarianism (Technocratic Experts + Digital Technology = Our Controlled Future).

What does all this have to do with COVID-19?

Good question. Here’s a short answer.

The “global coronavirus plandemic” and COVID-19’s arrival mark a critical civilizational “pivot point” for #TeamHuman, and how we choose to respond to the various future scenarios already planned and mapped by TTIC players will determine our destiny as a species.

This may seem a hyperbolic statement, an extreme claim, a grandiose observation.

Perhaps. Read on.

COVID-19 and “CONSPIRACY THEORY”

Begin with two articles from The Atlantic.

Two links to just two of many articles passed on to us by a few of our “COVID concerned” neighbors, worried that our interest here in examining the “global coronavirus plandemic” and the parallel official COVID narrative (the story we are told over and over 24/7) is problematic.

To be clear, our approach is fairly simple. We at Vermont Independent are 1) asking questions, 2) conducting independent research, 3) engaging in public discussion and 4) suggesting that we in Vermont carefully weigh the unfolding costs and trade-offs incurred by a government-imposed two month COVID quarantine / lockdown policy in terms of Vermonters’ mental anguish, spiritual malaise, stress, anxiety, uncertainty, and lives and livelihoods lost in our small, poor, rural and stunningly beautiful once and future republic here on the northeast edge of the US Empire.

So, because of these concerns, and in the interest of finding common ground and consensus, let’s begin with a single fact that everyone knows for certain is true about all global pandemics in modern world history.

Except, it seems, for this one.

The “global coronavirus pandemic” and COVID-19, we are told, is here to stay.

At least, if our “legitimate and authoritative sources” of news, are to be believed.

From The Atlantic (see two articles above) to daily newspapers (NYT, WashPo, WSJ), to mainstream TeeVee “news programs,” to Bill “The Vax Man” Gates in his 24/7 media appearances, speeches, and Op/Eds, we are told over and over again that “we’re not going back to normal.”

Strange. Peculiar. Odd. 

It was this March 17, 2020 article published at The MIT Tech Review that first raised our eyebrows. 

“To stop coronavirus, we will need to radically change almost everything we do: how we work, exercise, socialize, shop, manage our health, educate our kids, and take care of family members,” writes MIT TECH Review’s Gideon Lichfield.

“We all want things to go back to normal quickly. But what most of us have probably not yet realized—yet will soon—is that things won’t go back to normal after a few weeks, or even a few months. Some things never will.”

Again, it was this mid-March article that initially triggered a red flag and subsequent question (now a quest) – how does the MIT TECH REVIEW (and a host of other MSM “news” analysts)  seem to know what’s coming for our COVID challenged civilization, even before the US “quarantine / lockdown” began?

Lest you think we exaggerate, take a few minutes, search the web, and you’ll notice this “never go back to normal” message repeated so often it feels almost reflexive to say it. And then, consider, as honestly and as thoughtfully as you can, your conversations over the past two months with locked down loved ones.  

“Some things will never go back to normal.”

Here is the Microsoft owned LinkedIn Sunday, May 3^rd news feed #1 feature story.

“What we can expect.”

We get three options for the future. None of them “normal.” Or viable..

One more time – how do they seem to know what the future hold?

Why are they stating, over and over, that this “global pandemic” will be with us for the foreseeable future?

It was on that day, March 17^th, as we watched our Vermont friends and neighbors begin to voluntarily adopt “stay home, stay safe” and “social distancing” protocols that by the following week were mandated by Vermont governor Phil Scott under “official guidance” from the WHO/CDC, that we committed ourselves here at VI to a “deeper dive” into what we have come to call the “global coronavirus plandemic.”

To use the word “plandemic” is provocative, of course – we first heard this term from former Bush 2 insider-turned-whistleblower-turned independent financial analyst Catherine Austin Fitts, whose brilliant article “The Tapeworm Economy” we published in Vermont Commons news journal more than a decade ago. It suggests foresight, advance knowledge, pre-planning on the part of some who knew what was coming. And indeed, as we detailed in Part 1 of COVID EMPIRE, this “global corona virus pandemic” WAS planned through a series of strategic “exercises” – scenarios organized and hosted by some of the world’s most powerful and influential players, most recently on October 18, 2019 at the so-called Event 201 conference in New York City.

And of course, to use the term “plandemic” based on this Event 201 scenario is to immediately invite charges of “conspiracy theory,” a phrase invented and deployed by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in the mid-1960s to marginalize the growing number of Americans asking reasonable questions regarding the Warren Commission Report’s “official narrative” on the assassination of US president John F Kennedy at high noon that fateful 1963 November day in downtown Dallas, Texas. The strategic invention of the term “conspiracy theory” is best told In Lance Dehaven-Smith’s book Conspiracy Theory In America, a “must read” for any thinking citizen, a book which we’ve highlighted at VI over the years.

When deployed into COVID conversations, the term “conspiracy theory” is used to accomplish several strategic goals: 

1. To attack, cast doubt on, and marginalize specific lines of COVID thought and questioning. as well as the integrity, legitimacy, and character of said COVID thinkers and questioners themselves.

• To elevate and solidify the centrality of an “official COVID narrative,” a story delivered over and over again by “legitimate and authoritative sources” that provide a bewildered public with “official COVID guidance” about what and how to think about important events of this COVID moment.

• To cast aspersions on other policy approaches to COVID. To wit: in the face of WHO/CDC mandated “lockdowns,” several non-WHO countries – Taiwan, Belarus, Japan, and Sweden (perhaps most famously) have adopted BOTH/AND policy measures – isolating the most vulnerable populations and advocating voluntary and reasonable public health guidelines for its citizens, an approach we suggested Vermont adopt back in mid-March. (Time will tell which policies make the most sense. Stay tuned. Interestingly, even the WHO has done – sorta – an about face on lockdown policies, suggesting that Sweden may have done it right. Too early to conclude for sure, but this is an interesting development.)

The “official COVID narrative,” then, is a good place to begin Part 3, as the “global coronavirus plandemic” story has taken on much more solid shape over the past two months as May unfolds and most Americans (and Vermonters) begin to move out of “quarantine / lockdown.”

The Official COVID Narrative

Let’s briefly recount the official COVID narrative which is pitched to us 24/7 across dozens of “official legitimate and authoritative sources.”

“The COVID-19 causing SARS-CoV-2 “novel” coronavirus first appeared zoonautically (via a cross species jump) in a “wet market” in Wuhan, China in fall 2019: “SARS-CoV-2” is the actual name of this particular coronavirus, and “COVID-19” is the disease that the virus causes. (The two aren’t the same, and by the way, there isn’t just one coronavirus.) The COVID-19 disease arises from a combination of this particular coronavirus & the human infected – plus the society in which said human inhabits. Some humans who become infected never show any symptoms; others become so severely ill that they may need ICU care and even ventilators to survive. Besides SARS-CoV-2, dozens and dozens of other coronaviruses exist, and six other viruses are known to infect humans—four are mild and common, causing a third of all colds. Two are rare, yet severe, causing Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MER) the original Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). NOTE: Scientists have also identified about 500 other coronaviruses among China’s many bat species. 

According to the World Health Organization (globally) and the Center for Disease Control (US/nationally), the best strategic policy approach to coping with the “global coronavirus pandemic” ushering in the arrival of this disease known as “COVID-19” is to engage in 1) near-complete “stay home, stay safe” quarantine / lockdown measures; 2) mandatory mask wearing in public, and 3) mandated “social distancing” guidelines (no closer than 6 feet to fellow humans) when “essential” “necessity” demands going out in public. All non-essential businesses are to close, all public gatherings are to be prohibited, all public health resources are to be diverted to and marshalled in service of preparing for the COVID onslaught, and all news and information outlets asking questions of or suggesting differing interpretations or understandings of this COVID narrative and strategic policy approach are suspect, and should be ignored, criticized, marginalized, and/or algorithmically censored.

We hope these two paragraphs represent a fair and concise summary of the official COVID narrative, as well as the WHO/CDC recommended strategic policy approach to the same.

COVID-19: FUTURE SCENARIOS

1. OPEN THE GATES

As many independent observers have observed, all “coronavirus” roads lead back to Microsoft founder Bill Gates, one of the world’s richest humans (net worth = over $1 BILLION), and head of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF). We suggest brushing up on Mr. Gates’ official public health statements over the past decade, including this popular February 2010 TED Talk (listen closely to Mr. Gates’ thoughts on energy, climate change, vaccines, and human population numbers), Mr. Gates’ March 2020 COVID-19 virtual TED talk (again, listen closely), and Stephen Colbert’s fawning spring 2020 interview with Mr. Gates, in which (one again) Mr. Gates predicts our future for us while Mt. Colbert looks on and chuckles. Here’s the “money quote” from Mr. Gates’ TED:

Time to take a good hard look at what Mr. Gates and the BMGF are up to.

Start here, with Canadian independent researcher James Corbett’s provocative new multi-part documentary series on Mr. Gates entitled “How Bill Gates Monopolized Global Health” (Part 1) “Bill Gates’ Plan To Vaccinate The World” (Part 2), and “Bill Gates And The Population Control Grid” (Part 3). “Far beyond the $250,000,000 the Gates Foundation has pledged to the fight against coronavirus,” Corbett observes, “every aspect of the current coronavirus pandemic involves organizations, groups, and individuals with direct ties to Gates’ funding.” This includes the World Health Organization (WHO), the Center for Disease Control (CDC) Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National institute For Health (NIH), the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunizations (GAVI – co-founded with the US government…?!), as well as the Event 201 “global plandemic exercise” in October 2019. We do not have the space here to do an exhaustive “deep dive” into Mr. Gates and BMGF activities over the last several decades, but again, ask your own questions and conduct your own research.

Another useful starting place to “open the Gates” is the Children’s Health Defense organization, helmed by the eminent US environmental lawyer and citizen activist Robert F. Kennedy Jr, son and nephew of the late Robert and John F Kennedy. Here’s RFK feature story about Mr. Gates in this April 2020 CHD article. And of course, images of Mr. Gates grinning with his industrial for-profit vaccine technology below, along with a photo of Mr Gates and Dr. Fauci “chillin’.”

We explored the Fauci/Gates connections in Part 2 of COVID EMPIRE, along with the US pharmaceutical industry’s intimate ties to US Congress and the so-called “mainstream” US news media networks, which rely on Big Pharma advertising dollars to fund their TeeVee “news programs.” Just watch the advertisements in between excerpts of Maddow (MSBNC), Blitzer (CNN) and Carlson (FOX), and understand that “he who pays the piper calls the tune,” as the old nursery rhyme goes. Bill Gates is Big Pharma’s “tip of the spear,” globally speaking. Mandatory COVID-19 vaccines, not to mention an aggressive “global pandemic vaccine schedule” for #TeamHuman moving forward – forced injection for the entire world population of 8 billion – is Gates’ fondest fantasy, as he reminds us over and over in 24/7 public appearances on US “news” networks, TED talks and Beyond.

Gates’ Globalist Vaccine Agenda: A Win-Win for Pharma and Mandatory Vaccination

As we were going to press, one of our research colleagues from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed along this summary re: RFK, Bill Gates, and the current discussion of the Plandemic documentary film featuring virologist Judy Miskovits.

In a series of bullet points, he makes a number of relevant observations:

1) RFK Jr. gets attacked bitterly and constantly–like no other public safety advocate I can recall, though I wasn’t around in Nader’s heyday.

2) RFK is not against vaccines, but is essentially calling for restructuring of the institutions that regulate human health, especially vaccines. He makes arguments to the effect that the WHO and CDC and actors like Big Pharma and Bill Gates have multiple conflicts of interest. As I understand it, RFK Jr. thinks that the profit motive and totalitarian coercion should be taken out of vaccination. “Informed consent” and “health freedom” instead should be watchwords.

3) The institutional structure of these systems should alarm any person who understands the concept of “regulatory capture,” yet instead most liberals end up aggressively defending Big Pharma and the institutions corrupted by Big Pharma.

4) Bill Gates has given millions to liberal perception managers like NPR and The Guardian. Big Pharma spends billions on advertising at all major media outlets. Why would Bill Gates and Big Pharma be paying the piper if they could not call the tune?

5) Between the media blitzkrieg on dissenters, the huge influence of the Big Pharma lobby, and the understandable aversion to entertaining the thought that the prevailing authorities are harming children in some way – -liberals experience acute cognitive dissonance on the subject of vaccination risks. 

6) We should be very wary of the synergy between two rapacious, totalizing rackets–Silicon Valley and Big Pharma. This synergy is most blatant in the personage of Bill Gates, but the censorship on Facebook and Twitter is another manifestation that should be very alarming. 

7) Bill Gates is a monopolist oligarch. He could single-handedly save the 9,000,000+ people a year who die of starvation/malnutrition with a fraction of his outrageous wealth. This default indicates that he is no humanitarian at all, and in fact is a deeply immoral individual.

8) After fleecing billions in monopoly rents from the public with his virus-riddled PC operating system, he now wants (apparently) the government to require everyone to be injected with vaccines that he owns the patents on (or may in the future). And he may be looking to shoehorn this into some kind of personal biometric ID system that could have a number of totalitarian applications. He also has spent billions trying to destroy public education. His neoliberal ventures seem geared toward creating a neofeudal, anti-democratic, techno-dystopia that will make transparency, equality, freedom of speech, freedom over one’s person, and public sovereignty more and more unobtainable.

9) As I understand it, Plandemic predicts that the pandemic is serving as a pretext for a number of totalitarian measures. If such measures are not in the offing, why react so aggressively with the bannings and removal from search engines and such? Won’t the film be clearly discredited when the virus has run its course and we still have the Bill of Rights, etc?

10) Be it opportunism or synchronicity or whatever, it is alarming that this pandemic and the measures being proposed to restructure society just happen to be advantageous in social control terms for a US power elite who are facing a legitimacy crisis the like we have not seen since 1968. In 1968 there people in the streets everywhere and the US looked to be on the verge of real change – until assassins struck. Now we don’t see people in the streets except for MAGA types and those seem to be stage managed and predictably reviled by liberals and much of the left.

11) Fascism is capitalism under duress. Capitalism is currently under duress. Between Trump and Gates, we seem to be pulled between two neo-fascistic poles–Trump’s troglodytic -fascism and Gates’ techno-fascism. Under these circumstances, I fear the state more than I fear the virus.

Food for thought in these COVID-addled times.

2. Beyond the Gates: “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development.”

If Bill Gates is the clearest individual example of COVID EMPIRE at work, we have other organizations deeply interested in steering #TeamHuman in certain collective directions as the 21st entry unfolds. In May 2010, “futurologist” Peter Schwartz co-published with the Global Business Network a report with this seemingly innocuous title: “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development.” The report contains various futurist scenarios developed by Schwartz and company.

Peter Schwartz (/ʃwɔːrts/; born 1946) is an American futurist, innovator, author, and co-founder of the Global Business Network (GBN), a corporate strategy firm, specializing in future-think and scenario planning. As of October 2011, he has served as Senior Vice President Strategic Planning for Salesforce.com based in San Francisco, California.

Schwartz is best known as the primary author of the discredited 2004 Pentagon Climate Change report that warned that European cities would be underwater and Britain would be a Siberian wasteland by the year 2020.^[1]

In 2010, Schwartz and GBN authored “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development,” which was published by the Rockefeller Foundation and includes scenarios, detailed to either create positive change or massive political violence, that posture as future international development strategies. One scenario entitled ‘Lock Step’ describes a worldwide pandemic leading to international economic failures and oppressive authoritarian controls.^[3][4] Other scenarios are entitled ‘Clever Together’, ‘Hack Attack, and ‘Smart Scramble’, all of which illustrate pre- and post-pandemic governmental, business and societal responses.

Curiously, the Rockefeller Foundation seems to have removed this 2010 “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development.” report from their web site, but copies can be found on the Internet., such as this one here, and the one linked above. Like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation has long promoted itself as a “global nonprofit philanthropy,” but the story of the Rockefellers and their influence over US and global events for more than a century is a fascinating and provocative one. For readers interested in a deeper dive, we suggest James Corbett’s thoughtful three part documentary series from a few years back – essential viewing to help contextualize the 20th century Age of Big Oil, the emerging 21st century Age of Big Data and Surveillance Capitalism, and the arrival or the Transhumanist Technocratic Industrial Complex (TTIC).

Let’s take a closer look at these four scenarios, as once again, they help us ordinary mortals imagine what the TTIC is planning.

The Introduction reads, in part:

This 2010 report is crucial reading for anyone interested in creatively considering the multiple, divergent ways in which our world could evolve. The sparks of insight inspiring these narratives -along with their implications for philanthropy as a whole -were generated through the invaluable Leading this effort at the Rockefeller Foundation is our Research Unit, which analyzes emerging risks and opportunities and thinks imaginatively about how to respond to the complex, rapidly changing world around us. This outward-looking intelligence function adopts a cross-cutting mindset that synthesizes and integrates knowledge that accelerates our ability to act more quickly and effectively.

While any single uncertainty could challenge our thinking, the future will be shaped by multiple forces playing out over time. The scenario framework provides a structured way to consider how these critical uncertainties might unfold and evolve in combination. Identifying the two most important uncertainties guarantees that the resulting scenarios will differ in ways that have been judged to be critical to the focal question.

1. LOCK STEP – A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.

Philanthropic organizations will face hard choices in this world. Given the strong role of governments, doing philanthropy will require heightened diplomacy skills and the ability to operate effectively in extremely divergent environments. Philanthropy grantee and civil society relationships will be strongly moderated by government, and some foundations might choose to align themselves more closely with national official development assistance (ODA) strategies and government objectives.

2. CLEVER TOGETHER – A world in which highly coordinated and successful strategies emerge for addressing both urgent and entrenched worldwide issues.

Here’s a glimpse of the 2010 report:

3. HACK ATTACK – An economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous  innovations emerge.

The report writes: philanthropy is less about affecting change than about promoting stability and addressing basic survival needs. Philanthropic organizations move to support urgent humanitarian efforts at the grassroots level, doing “guerrilla philanthropy” by identifying the “hackers” and innovators who are catalysts of change in local settings. 

4. SMART SCRAMBLE – An economically depressed world in which individuals and communities develop localized, makeshift solutions to a growing set of problems.”

The report writes: To identify and build capacity from the individual through the institutional, because without global coordination, innovation cannot scale on its own. Philanthropy requires a keen screening capacity to identify highly localized solutions, with specialized pockets of expertise that make partnerships more challenging and transitions between sectors and issues harder to achieve.

In a May 2020 analysis of this influential planning scenario document we cross-published at Vermont Independent, independent researcher William Engdahl lays out his “take” on this predictive programming being projected in this 2010 report:

The Schwartz scenario states (Engdahl observes),

“In 2012, the pandemic that the world had been anticipating for years finally hit. Unlike 2009’s H1N1, this new influenza strain — originating from wild geese — was extremely virulent and deadly. Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world, infecting nearly 20 percent of the global population and killing 8 million in just seven months…” 

Schwartz continues:

“The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies: international mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains. Even locally, normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.” This sounds eerily familiar. 

Then the scenario gets very interesting:

“During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets. Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stuck and even intensified. In order to protect themselves from the spread of increasingly global problems — from pandemics and transnational terrorism to environmental crises and rising poverty — leaders around the world took a firmer grip on power.”

Most US citizens have probably not heard of the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence (NSCAI), created by the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), with an official purpose is “to consider the methods and means necessary to advance the development of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and associated technologies to comprehensively address the national security and defense needs of the United States.”

Webb’s feature article is worth reading in depth, but here are two central takeaways that are of paramount importance to understand.

Takeaway #1: China, the US biggest global rival for what the Pentagon calls “full spectrum dominance” of the entire Planet and Outer Space, is beating the United States in rapid deployment of 21st century AI networked systems and all attendant initiatives.

Takeaway #2: To beat China, the US must become more like China, replacing “legacy systems” – individual privacy, “in person” shopping, F2F health care, paper money, car ownership, 20th century cities, slow telecommunications systems, and human workers, with new digitally networked AI-driven systems: mass surveillance, online shopping, “telemedicine,” digital currency, ride sharing, “smart cities,” 5G telecommunications, and AI-driven robotic labor.

In short, a complete and radical transhumanist technocratic overhaul of existing US civilization to become more like China.

The creation, in other words, of a transhumanist technocracy.

Former Google CEO turned NSCAI guru Eric Schmidt states the end goal in a single sentence:

“What we’re really doing is building a new augmented version of humanity.”

Again.

Or here’s Democratic 2020 presidential candidate Andrew Yang, talking with neuroscientist, atheist and “Trump Derangement Syndrome”-addled Sam Harris on Harris May 2020 podcast about how the COVID is “accelerating” the arrival of the TTIC. The smiley, happy, brilliant, charismatic in his own high-tech way Yang makes a compelling “best case” scenario for the arrival of our transhumanist technocracy, while conveniently ignoring the myriad more sinister trade-offs. Worth a close listen.

What’s the ultimate end goal embedded in all of this TTIC future scenario planning?

Sponsored by (wait for it) the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and pitched as a “fund raising” event for the World Health Organization (WHO’s annual budget is our $4 billion, with the BMGF now perhaps the SINGLE biggest funder as POTUS Trump is working to temporarily cancel US government funding to the WHO pending evaluation of the WHO COVID-19 response), the “One World Together At Home” concert is perhaps the PERFECT “scripted scenario” for a TTIC-friendly future.

To wit: the global population of #TeamHuman on 24/7 Surveillance Lockdown, permanently camped out in their homes, leaving only for “essential” activities such as (for the moment) grocery shopping (Amazon, the US’ second largest grocer, is already stepping up home grocery deliveries).
