Rogue economist Martin Armstrong recognizes that decentralism is the wave of the future. In this article, he deftly summarizes the history and goals of what he calls the “Vermont Separatist Movement.” We’ve never liked the term “separatist,” preferring “decentralist,” with an emphasis on Vermont (and every state’s) constitutional right to peaceably secede from the U.S. of Empire, if the citizens of said state so choose.
