Publisher’s Note: 70,000 Mexican auto workers shut down 50 Mexican automobile assembly plants costing North American car corporations $100 million dollars in earnings over the past three weeks – and the US “news” media is silent.  Can’t imagine why?! “Neoliberalism” is the name given to the pro-corporate economic “globalization” model that has ruled western nations for forty years, and yet, few in the West seem able to explain what “neoliberalism’s” basic history, tenets, and consequences are.
